Want to Become a Member?

All you need to do is show up! The main goal of the ASL Club at UW is to provide a space where people, both hearing and Deaf, can come together to practice, learn, and celebrate American Sign Language. We strongly believe that every meeting and event that we do should NOT require anything from anyone, so we don't really do "Membership."

Any and all of our meetings and events are open to ANYONE and EVERYONE, regardless of how much sign language you know, how many meetings you've shown up to in the past, etc. This spring quarter 2022, we will meet every Monday from 5-6PM in-person (check our instagram for the location) and every Thursday from 5-6 on Zoom or in-person for special meetings like sign dinners or events, with all updates being posted regularly on our instagram. NOTE: Our first meeting will not be Monday, March 28th, but rather Tuesday, March 29th at the regular time.
